A Natural Rubber Processing Supervisor oversees the entire process of converting raw latex into various forms of processed rubber, such as Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) or concentrated latex. This involves managing staff, ensuring quality, optimizing production, and maintaining equipment in a factory setting.

  • Supervise latex collection, coagulation, and sheeting processes for RSS production.
  • Oversee centrifuging operations for concentrated latex production, ensuring efficiency.
  • Monitor drying and smoking processes to achieve desired rubber quality and moisture content.
