A Petroleum Distribution Officer manages the complex logistics of fuel supply, from depots to retail stations and industrial clients. This involves overseeing inventory, coordinating transport, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing the supply chain for CEYPETCO or Lanka IOC.

  • Manage fuel inventory at depots and coordinate distribution to petrol stations and bulk customers.
  • Plan and optimize fuel delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.
  • Supervise loading and unloading operations at depots, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Monitor fuel quality and quantity throughout the distribution chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all petroleum industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Liaise with transport contractors, depot staff, and retail station managers.
