About This Role

Editing and refining English language textbooks and digital learning content.

A Day in the Life

You review, edit, and improve educational content — textbooks, online course materials, examination papers, and learning resources — ensuring accuracy, clarity, pedagogical quality, and alignment with curriculum standards.

Edit and proofread educational textbooks, workbooks, and supplementary materials
Review content for subject accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and age-appropriateness
Ensure alignment with NIE curriculum standards and learning objectives
Work with subject matter experts and authors to improve content clarity
Edit online learning content for LMS (Moodle, Canvas) and digital platforms
Review and standardise examination paper formatting and language
Maintain house style guides for educational publishers
Manage editorial production schedules and author communications
