A Day in the Life
A Yoga & Movement Coach guides clients through physical fitness routines, combining yoga postures, dance-based movements, and mindfulness. This involves planning and leading classes, providing personalized instruction, demonstrating techniques, and creating a supportive environment for physical and mental well-being.
- Plan and choreograph yoga and movement sequences tailored to different fitness levels and goals
- Lead group classes and individual sessions, demonstrating postures and movements safely
- Provide verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to clients to improve alignment and technique
- Educate clients on the benefits of yoga, movement, and mindfulness for physical and mental health
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environment
- Assess client progress and adapt programs as needed
- Manage class bookings, payments, and client communication
- Continuously update knowledge on yoga, movement science, and wellness trends
Work Environment
