About This Role

Designs and delivers service standard training for hospitality staff.

A Day in the Life

Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programmes that build employee skills, improve performance, and support the organisation's strategic capability needs.

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) through surveys, performance data, and stakeholder interviews
  • Design training programmes — e-learning modules, classroom sessions, on-the-job learning, and blended approaches
  • Manage the annual L&D calendar and training budget
  • Coordinate with external training providers and institutions for specialist programmes
  • Facilitate leadership development, induction, and technical skills training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model (reaction, learning, behaviour, results)
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) — content, enrolments, and completion reports
  • Partner with business heads to develop function-specific competency frameworks
