A Day in the Life
Manage a defined set of HR responsibilities independently — typically specialising in recruitment, employee relations, training, or generalist HR for a specific business unit — acting as the primary HR contact for a department or location.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business unit or function
- Handle employee relations queries, informal disputes, and first-line counselling
- Administer performance management process for assigned departments
- Coordinate learning and development activities and training logistics
- Ensure EPF/ETF and payroll compliance for managed employee groups
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Assist HR Manager with policy reviews and HR project work
- Prepare monthly HR reports for assigned business unit
Work Environment
