About This Role

A Day in the Life

Apply advanced analytics to talent and workforce data — building predictive models, delivering strategic talent insights, and advising HR and business leaders on data-driven talent decisions across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Build predictive attrition models using machine learning techniques
  • Develop talent segmentation and high-potential identification analytics
  • Design and deploy advanced people analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advise HR and C-suite leaders on data-driven talent strategy and workforce planning
  • Conduct talent market intelligence analysis: competitive compensation, skills availability
  • Build and maintain talent analytics data pipelines from HRIS, ATS, and performance systems
  • Present talent analytics findings to the CEO and Board with actionable recommendations
  • Develop talent analytics capability through coaching and knowledge transfer to HR teams

Senior specialist role within a People Analytics or HR Strategy function.
