- Coordinating procurement of raw food materials from farms and suppliers
- Managing inventory of perishable goods, minimizing waste and spoilage
- Optimizing cold chain logistics for storage and transportation of food products
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and regulations
- Collaborating with production, quality control, and sales teams
