- Coordinate air freight bookings and schedules with airlines and freight forwarders
- Prepare and process customs documentation, including air waybills and manifests
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and dangerous goods handling procedures
- Liaise with ground handling agents for cargo loading and unloading operations
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or misrouted shipments
- Optimize cargo routes and modes of transport to reduce costs and transit times
