A Day in the Life

You install air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients as a self-employed installer — supplying units, handling all installation tasks, and building repeat business through quality workmanship.

  • Visit sites to plan AC unit placement, pipe routing, and electrical supply requirements
  • Supply and transport AC equipment (indoor and outdoor units) to client sites
  • Mount indoor units on walls and outdoor units on brackets or slabs
  • Run copper pipe work, electrical cables, and drain lines between units
  • Connect refrigerant lines, pressure-test, evacuate, and charge system
  • Test full system operation and commission controls and remote
  • Handover to client with usage instructions and maintenance advice
  • Follow up for annual service bookings from completed installations
