  • Visit client sites to assess cooling requirements and prepare quotations
  • Source AC units and materials from suppliers at competitive prices
  • Install split AC systems, multi-splits, and ducted units
  • Commission installed units — charge refrigerant, test thermostats and controls
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and annual service on existing AC clients
  • Diagnose and repair faults on AC units from multiple brands
  • Invoice clients and manage payments and accounts receivable
  • Build client relationships for repeat annual service contracts
