A Day in the Life
A Performance Coach/Body Language Expert works with individuals or groups to enhance their public speaking, presentation skills, and non-verbal communication. This involves conducting workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, analyzing body language, and developing customized training programs.
- Assessing clients' current public speaking and body language skills
- Developing customized coaching plans and training modules
- Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops
- Teaching techniques for effective vocal delivery, posture, gestures, and eye contact
- Providing constructive feedback and practical exercises for improvement
