A Day in the Life

Execute the day-to-day HR operations of the organisation — managing recruitment, employee records, payroll support, training coordination, and HR compliance — while developing skills toward a senior HR generalist career.

  • Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Process employee joining, transfers, promotions, and separation documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical HR files
  • Support monthly payroll preparation: attendance, leave, and overtime data
  • Handle EPF/ETF contributions and statutory deduction compliance
  • Coordinate training sessions: logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations
  • Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and leave entitlements
  • Assist in performance appraisal administration and target-setting processes
