An Exhibition & Retail Space Designer creates captivating physical environments that tell stories and drive commercial engagement. Their day involves conceptualizing designs, developing 3D models and technical drawings, selecting materials and lighting, and overseeing the installation process. This role blends artistic vision with practical considerations of space, flow, and brand messaging.
- Meeting with clients to understand project briefs, objectives, and budget
- Developing conceptual designs and mood boards for exhibition or retail spaces
- Creating 2D layouts and 3D renderings of proposed designs
- Selecting materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures
- Preparing technical drawings and specifications for contractors
- Coordinating with fabricators, builders, and suppliers
- Overseeing on-site installation and ensuring design execution
Work Environment
