- Plan daily job allocation based on booked appointments and walk-in vehicles
- Oversee technician work quality and intervene on complex or stalled jobs
- Quote customers on repairs and communicate job status updates
- Manage spare parts procurement and maintain stock inventory
- Handle end-of-day invoicing, banking, and cash reconciliation
- Monitor equipment maintenance and workshop facility compliance
- Recruit, train, and manage workshop staff
- Review weekly performance — revenue, job count, customer satisfaction
