  • Plan daily job allocation based on booked appointments and walk-in vehicles
  • Oversee technician work quality and intervene on complex or stalled jobs
  • Quote customers on repairs and communicate job status updates
  • Manage spare parts procurement and maintain stock inventory
  • Handle end-of-day invoicing, banking, and cash reconciliation
