About This Role

Focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best talent to fill critical roles within an organization.

A Day in the Life

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the organisation — sourcing, assessing, and hiring the best talent efficiently and fairly, while building employer brand and talent pipelines for critical roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent networks, and headhunting
  • Screen CVs and conduct structured telephone and video initial interviews
  • Coordinate assessment centres, technical tests, and panel interview scheduling
  • Manage candidate experience through the full recruitment funnel
  • Negotiate and extend job offers and manage the pre-boarding process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source mix
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles
