A Day in the Life
You are a qualified hairdresser or beauty therapist delivering services independently on the salon floor — managing your own client list, performing technical treatments, and upselling retail products.
- Manage a full daily appointment schedule of 8–12 clients
- Perform consultations to understand client needs and recommend services
- Deliver precision haircuts, colour applications, and chemical treatments
- Apply fashion colours (balayage, colour melt, vivid colour) independently
- Advise clients on home care and retail product recommendations
- Maintain own workstation hygiene and styling tool cleanliness
- Track client history, preferred services, and product usage
- Mentor and guide salon assistants in daily tasks

Hair salon — styled and professional environment with individual styling stations, colour mixing area, and backwash stations. Operates on appointment-based flow with walk-ins accommodated. Sri Lankan salons operate 6–7 days per week with stylist rosters.
