A Day in the Life

You design, build, and maintain management reports, dashboards, and data visualisations that translate business data into actionable insights for decision-makers across the organisation.

  • Design and build management dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple business systems (ERP, CRM, HR)
  • Produce scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management
  • Investigate data discrepancies and ensure report accuracy
  • Work with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
  • Maintain and optimise the data warehouse or reporting database
  • Train users on self-service BI tools and report interpretation
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and calculation methodologies
