Market Outlook

STABLE

Demand for office support staff remains consistent across Sri Lanka's government and private sectors. While some functions are being reduced by automation (e.g., less physical paperwork), the need for trusted, physically present support staff in offices remains. Common entry-level role for O/L school leavers.
