Product research is for curious, people-oriented individuals who want their work to have a direct impact on how products are built. You will spend time listening deeply to users, finding patterns in data, and persuading teams to act on what you learn. Satisfying if you love discovery; frustrating if you prefer seeing immediate tangible output.

About This Role

Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and trends.

  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative research into insight reports
  • Maintain a research repository accessible to product, design, and engineering teams
