A Day in the Life

You apply organisational psychology, data science, and behavioural research to understand how people work — designing surveys, analysing workforce data, conducting experiments, and translating findings into evidence-based HR and management practices.

  • Design and run employee engagement, wellbeing, and experience surveys
  • Analyse people data from HRIS, performance systems, and engagement tools
  • Conduct statistical analysis on turnover, retention, and performance trends
  • Build predictive models for employee flight risk, performance, and hiring success
  • Design and run workplace experiments (A/B tests on policies, programmes)
  • Write research reports and present evidence-based recommendations to HR leaders and executives
  • Collaborate with HR, management, and leadership development teams
  • Review and synthesise external academic research on organisational behaviour
  • Develop people analytics dashboards for HR and business leaders
  • Champion ethical use of people data and employee privacy within the organisation
