Key channels: Hiru TV, Derana, Sirasa — command the highest ad rates. Requires knowledge of GRPs (gross rating points), CPM, and media planning. Agency relations essential.

- Identifying and researching potential advertising clients and agencies
- Developing and presenting tailored advertising proposals (TV, radio, print, digital)
- Negotiating advertising rates and contract terms with clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Meeting and exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, production) to ensure client satisfaction
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts
Work Environment
