You handle the clerical side of management support — data entry, filing, maintaining records, processing documents, and ensuring administrative workflows run smoothly within a department or office.

  • Enter data into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets accurately
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems — classify, store, and retrieve documents
  • Process and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels
