About This Role
Focusing on the overall feel of a digital product and how users interact with it.
A Day in the Life
Research user needs, design intuitive interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create user personas and journey maps
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Facilitate design sprints and workshops
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers
- Define UX metrics and success criteria
- Iterate designs based on user feedback
Work Environment
Creative and collaborative design environment. Works closely with product managers and engineers. Requires both research rigour and creative vision.
Typical hours: 45h/week · WLB score 8/10 · RARE overtime
Good work-life balance generally. Product launches can create deadline pressure.
