About This Role

A Day in the Life
A School Guidance Counsellor starts the day checking in with referred students, holds individual counselling sessions throughout the morning, facilitates group activities or career guidance workshops for senior students, and communicates with teachers and parents about student progress. Role bridges the gap between academic performance and student emotional health.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for students with personal or academic challenges
