About This Role

Manages the specialized operations of vacation resorts or private clubs, focusing on guest leisure activities.

A Day in the Life

Lead resort or club operations — managing member services, food and beverage, facilities, recreational programs, and staff to deliver an exceptional member or guest experience.

Oversee daily resort or club operations across all departments
Manage member/guest relations and handle escalated complaints or special requests
Review revenue performance (rooms, F&B, spa, activities) against targets
Lead department head meetings on operational priorities and issues
Maintain resort facility standards through regular inspections
Drive membership sales and retention for club models
Manage budget, cost control, and procurement
Develop programming — events, activities, culinary offerings for members
