Plan, execute, and close IT or software development projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans and work breakdown structures
- Facilitate daily standups and sprint ceremonies
- Manage project risks and issues register
- Track milestones, budget, and resource utilisation
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Manage scope change requests
- Resolve blockers and escalate risks
- Prepare project closure reports and lessons learned
