A Day in the Life
Office ICT Assistants provide first-line technical support for staff — troubleshooting computers, printers, and software issues, setting up new user accounts, and maintaining basic office IT infrastructure across the workday.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues
- Set up new staff computers and user accounts
- Troubleshoot printer, email, and network connectivity issues
- Assist staff with Microsoft Office and common software
- Maintain IT asset inventory
