A Day in the Life

A Language Trainer delivers structured language sessions to diverse audiences — from beginner adult learners to corporate professionals needing business language skills. Days involve teaching English communication to professionals, Korean language to those applying for Korea Employment Permit Scheme (EPS), German to those targeting Europe, or Sinhala/Tamil for bilingual professional contexts. The role adapts to student needs and contexts.

  • Deliver language training classes to adult learners, students, and corporate employees
  • Design language training programmes tailored to learner goals (employment, travel, business)
  • Conduct corporate communication workshops for professionals
  • Prepare students for language proficiency tests (TOPIK, TestDaF, HSK, DELF)
  • Assess learner language levels using standardised placement tools
  • Develop custom training materials for specific language and professional contexts
  • Coach individual learners through one-on-one conversation practice
  • Track learner progress and adapt training accordingly
