A Day in the Life

Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals, oversee technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and advise senior leadership on IT investments and transformation initiatives.

Develop multi-year IT strategy roadmaps
Analyze emerging technology trends and their business applicability
Lead digital transformation planning sessions
Present IT strategy recommendations to C-suite and board
Coordinate with department heads on IT needs and priorities
Evaluate IT investment proposals and ROI
Manage relationships with key technology vendors
Monitor execution of strategic IT initiatives
