A Day in the Life

IT Project Managers lead technology project delivery — planning, budgeting, managing teams, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver software, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects on time.

Run daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
Update project plans, schedules, and risk registers
Communicate project status to steering committees
Manage project budget and procurement
Resolve blockers and escalate critical risks
Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams
Facilitate requirements workshops and sign-offs
