A Day in the Life
IT Project Coordinators support IT project delivery by managing schedules, documentation, communications, and coordination between teams under the direction of a project manager.
- Update project tracking tools with task progress
- Coordinate meeting schedules and send calendar invites
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Track action items and chase owners
- Prepare project status reports
- Maintain project documentation and file systems
- Assist with vendor purchase orders and invoices
Work Environment
PMO or IT department. Administrative and coordination role supporting project managers.
