A Day in the Life
Bridge business needs and IT solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring technology projects deliver the right outcomes for stakeholders.
- Elicit and document business requirements
- Create user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams
- Analyse current-state processes and identify gaps
- Validate solutions against requirements
- Support UAT and user training
- Manage requirement changes and traceability
- Produce BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documents
