Provides dental care services to the public within government healthcare facilities.

A Day in the Life

Provide dental care to patients at government district hospitals, teaching hospitals, or oral health units across Sri Lanka. Delivers a full range of basic to intermediate dental treatments under the Ministry of Health.

Conduct dental OPD sessions (extractions, fillings, scaling)
Perform oral health screenings and preventive education
Provide emergency dental care (acute abscess, trauma)
Refer complex cases to specialist oral medicine departments
