A Day in the Life

You are responsible for the full performance of a business, division, or large department — overseeing operations, finances, people, and strategy. You sit at the top of the management pyramid, accountable for P&L and long-term organisational health.

  • Review financial reports: revenue, costs, EBITDA, and cash flow vs. budget

  • Engage with key customers, partners, or board members
  • Review and approve major procurement, contract, and hiring decisions
  • Monitor strategic KPIs and adjust plans based on performance data
  • Lead or facilitate strategy and planning sessions
  • Resolve escalated cross-departmental issues and conflicts
  • Review risk reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Represent the organisation to government bodies, press, and industry associations
