  • Review and interpret research data
  • Collaborate with food production teams on scale-up
  • Prepare technical reports and scientific papers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (SLS, Codex Alimentarius)

Food science laboratory and pilot plant environment. Highly regulated with food safety protocols. Mix of bench research and pilot production.
