A Day in the Life

Manage specific F&B outlets within a hotel — ensuring each restaurant, bar, or café meets its individual service standards, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction requirements.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlet(s)
  • Brief and deploy service team at start of each shift
  • Monitor table turns, cover counts, and average spend per cover
  • Inspect cleanliness, mise en place, and presentation standards before service
  • Handle guest feedback and immediate service recovery
  • Review POS reports for outlet revenue against daily targets
  • Coordinate with kitchen for food quality consistency
  • Manage outlet-level staff scheduling, leave, and performance tracking
