A Day in the Life

Lead hotel housekeeping operations at the executive level — setting quality standards, managing large teams, controlling linen and amenity inventory, and ensuring every guest room and public area meets brand standard.

  • Conduct morning briefing with housekeeping supervisors and floor staff
  • Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Manage housekeeping staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee linen room operations, amenity inventory, and housekeeping supply procurement
  • Coordinate with Front Office on room status, arrivals, and special guest requests
  • Manage lost and found procedures and departmental administration
  • Prepare departmental budget and control operational expenses
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping
