A Day in the Life

Oversee all hotel event and banquet operations — from weddings and gala dinners to corporate conferences — ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Meet with clients to understand event requirements, theme, and budget
  • Prepare event proposals, function sheets, and detailed costing for banquets
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, AV, and F&B service teams on event setup
  • Supervise event setup including table arrangements, floral decor, and AV equipment
  • Lead event execution team on the day — directing service staff and problem-solving
  • Manage event billing, final accounts, and post-event client follow-up
  • Evaluate event feedback and implement improvements
  • Develop upselling strategies for banquet packages (add-ons, premium options)
