About This Role
Manages the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to integrate all business functions into a unified system.
A Day in the Life
Manage ERP system operations, customise modules for business needs, support users, coordinate upgrades, and ensure the ERP platform delivers business value.
- Support end-users on ERP system issues
- Customise ERP modules to business requirements
- Coordinate with vendors on patches and upgrades
- Test and validate ERP configuration changes
- Train users on new ERP features
- Prepare documentation and SOPs
- Monitor ERP system performance
- Liaise with finance and operations on ERP needs
Work Environment
Business-critical systems role. Sits between IT and business. Works closely with finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
Typical hours: 45h/week · WLB score 6/10 · OCCASIONAL overtime
Go-live and upgrade periods require extra hours. Normal operations are well-paced.
