About This Role

A Day in the Life
Provide comprehensive dental care at a private dental clinic or specialist dental center in Sri Lanka — covering diagnostics, restorations, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct dental examinations, take histories, and diagnose conditions
- Perform restorative dentistry (composite fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Carry out extractions and minor oral surgical procedures
- Perform root canal treatments (endodontics)
- Fabricate and fit dentures and dental prosthetics
- Provide teeth whitening and cosmetic dental procedures
- Refer to specialist oral surgeons, orthodontists, or periodontists as needed
- Maintain sterile environment and infection control
Work Environment
Private dental clinic with modern equipment. Patient-facing role requiring high interpersonal skill to manage dental anxiety. Clinic may be solo practice or group practice. Cosmetic dentistry is a growing premium segment in Colombo.
