Manages FIDIC or NEC contracts on major infrastructure projects — claims management, variation orders, EOT (extension of time) claims, and dispute resolution. Works for contractors, employers, or independent contract consultants. RICS or MCIOB membership required for senior roles. Very high demand on Port City and expressway projects.
