Manages the organization’s pay structure and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and fairness.

A Day in the Life

Lead the total rewards function — designing compensation philosophy, overseeing payroll, managing employee benefits programmes, and advising senior leadership on pay competitiveness and equity.

  • Develop and maintain the organisation's compensation philosophy and grade structure
  • Oversee annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes
  • Manage relationships with insurance, pension, and benefits vendors
  • Present compensation strategy recommendations to CHRO and CEO
  • Ensure payroll compliance with EPF, ETF, PAYE, and Labour laws
  • Lead job evaluation panels and maintain job architecture
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and address identified gaps
  • Guide and mentor C&B analysts and HR business partners
