- Review and manage D&O, professional indemnity, and financial liability claims
- Coordinate forensic accounting investigations for fidelity and financial crime claims
- Manage legal panel counsel instructed on complex liability claims
- Quantify financial losses in professional indemnity and financial guarantee claims
- Review coverage under complex commercial policy wordings with legal input
- Prepare large loss reports for management, reinsurers, and boards
- Attend mediations and settlement conferences for contested claims
