About This Role
Commissioned officers of the Sri Lanka Army command platoons, companies, and battalions. Entry is through the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) Diyatalawa or General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU). Officers undergo 2-year officer training before commissioning as Second Lieutenants.
