About This Role
Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise software applications.
A Day in the Life
Monitor business-critical applications, respond to user incidents, investigate root causes, and coordinate with developers for fixes.
- Monitor application health dashboards
- Respond to Level 1/2 incidents
- Investigate and diagnose errors
- Update ITSM tickets
- Coordinate with dev teams for bug resolution
- Deploy patches in staging
- Document known issues and workarounds
