Apparel Merchandiser
Ideal for commercially minded individuals who thrive on deadlines and enjoy being at the centre of a high-stakes international business. If you like managing complexity, talking to international buyers, and seeing physical products shipped across the world because of your coordination, apparel merchandising is deeply satisfying. However, this is genuinely not a 9-to-5 job — the WhatsApp group never sleeps, and shipment deadlines create real pressure.”
About This Role
Manages the end-to-end communication between Sri Lankan garment factories and international buyers (H&M, Primark, Gap). Responsible for order management, costing, tech pack review, sampling coordination, and on-time shipment. Most in-demand white-collar role in the apparel sector.
