National Youth Services Council

Vocational training authority for Sri Lankan youth aged 15–25, operating under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. Offers NVQ Levels 2–5 across multiple trade sectors. Trains approximately 25,000 youth annually with over 80% employment rate post-completion. Operates centres islandwide including the University College of Ratmalana (UCR).
