A Day in the Life

Provide professional table service in a hotel, restaurant, or café in Sri Lanka — taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Greet and seat guests, present menus, take food and drink orders
Serve courses in correct order following service standards
Describe menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
Recommend dishes and upsell beverages and desserts
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
Handle payments accurately through POS or cash
Clear and reset tables between covers efficiently
