A Day in the Life

You perform scheduled maintenance and general repairs on passenger vehicles — oil changes, brake services, tyre work, suspension, and minor engine repairs — as part of a dealership or workshop service team.

  • Carry out scheduled A/B/C service maintenance (oil, filters, fluids, belts)
  • Perform brake pad and disc replacement and brake fluid bleeding
  • Rotate and balance tyres; check tyre wear patterns
  • Inspect suspension components and replace worn bushings, shock absorbers
  • Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments
  • Replace spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters per service schedule
  • Check and top up all vehicle fluids (coolant, power steering, brake, washer)
  • Complete job cards accurately and report additional findings to service advisor
